They say "Greater Manchester Better Energy Deals Campaign are trying to encourage as many Greater Manchester residents (although anyone can register) to sign up to our Energy Auction which will take place on 4 March. The more people that register the better bargaining power we will have. Ultimately we are trying to save our residents money on their bills. It's totally FREE to register and there's NO obligation to switch provider, so it's worth a look for everyone. The new process is easier and the phone number is FREE. "
